What to Expect on Your First Visit
As a new client, we want you to feel completely at home! After checking in, a Sales Desk Member will give you a quick tour of our salon, spa, and Tousle so you can get familiar with our space and everything we have to offer.
To make your experience even more enjoyable, you’ll be offered a complimentary beverage—choose from fruit-infused water, cappuccino, hot tea, wine, champagne, or beer.
From there, your stylist will take the time to go over your hair goals and customize a plan just for you. After checking out you will receive a goodie bag full of wonderful deluxe samples, a Dupré’s hair tie and some travel goodies!

Booking Online
If you are booking through our Online Booking system, please click on the ‘New Client’ tab to book your appointment. This ensures a smooth experience for both you and our team as a new client. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us at 757.464.9100—we’re happy to assist you.
New Color Client Policy
At Dupre’s Salon, New Clients seeking any color service will begin with a New Color Consultation. This 30-minute appointment can be booked with a $25 deposit, which allows you to discuss your hair history, goals, and needs with your stylist, setting the stage for a personalized plan.
Depending on the time needed for the service, your color appointment may be completed on the same day if time allows or scheduled for a future date.
Please note, new clients are welcome to book any other service—such as a haircut, massage, facial, or more—without this requirement.

Reservations
In order to reserve an appointment for first-time clients or for services that take 2+ hours, a credit card or a deposit, depending on the appointment, will be required to reserve your space. By entering or giving us your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show terms and agree to the card on file being charged. There will be a 3% fee for any refund process.
Appointment reminders are sent via email or text, and we call to confirm a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance. We ask that you confirm your appointments by one of these means or by calling the salon directly. Any cancellation requests attempted but not confirmed with Dupré’s staff will result in a same-day cancellation/no-show.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, we ask for a 48-hour notice and you may do so by email at dupressalonanddayspa@gmail.com, phone, and/or voicemail at 757-464-9100. We ask that you please understand that, in the event of a missed appointment (no-show) or last-minute cancellation, it can be difficult to book the allotted time for other clients.
All services require a deposit to book. Deposits are refundable within a 48-hour cancellation period, with the exception of a 3% charge covering any refund process.

Expert Level Recommendations
Finding someone who truly is a knowledgeable skin consultant can be hard to find as I have visited many spas in the 757. However my fortune quickly changed when I visited Dupre’s and had a facial done by Ashley. She did an amazing job making feel relaxed and provided expert level recommendations on how to keep my skin healthy and hydrated in between treatments. I am excited to find this gem and will recommend to others.
High Quality of Service
I have been visiting Dupre’s salon for about two years, I originally wandered in just to get my eyebrows waxed. But what continued to have me coming back was the experience and high quality of service that Ashley, the esthetician gave me. I now have the membership for the Brazilian wax and the facial each month and I always look forward to seeing her! She knows what my skin needs and tailors each visit around that! She is such a kind person and has a such a great spirit. If you want a relaxing facial or suffer from acne like I do, or “used to” then you should definitely go see her!

I’d never dyed my red hair before but I’d been wanting to get a blonde bayalage for a while now. I finally decided to bite the bullet and try out Dupre’s after reading such great reviews and WOW those reviews didn’t lie!!! The salon itself was beautiful and all the people working there were so so nice. Everything was timely and professional and Kristi gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She kept my natural red undertones while adding a beautiful blonde. 😍 I’ll definitely be back when I need a touch-up!
